- Monthly 90-minute strategy session (either in-person or virtual)
- On-call, executive counsel

Flat Rate: $5,000
Ideal for: Boards seeking clarity, engagement, and compliance
A rapid yet thorough assessment of your board’s structure, bylaws, engagement, and fiduciary alignment. Tailored to nonprofits ready to evolve their governance practices.

Strategic Retreat Facilitation
Investment: $10,000 (one day) $20,000 (multi-day)

Investment: Typical engagements range from $25,000 to $45,000, though larger or multi-phase projects may exceed this range.

- A stakeholder review of mission and vision
- A thorough analysis of the current business model, mapping mission impact against profitability for all programs and services to measure sustainability.

- Defining the organization’s preferred future in terms of strategic position, measurable goals, and annually updated initiatives.
