Terms and Conditions

I do not make a practice of charging an hourly or daily fee for my services. I never want my clients to have to make an investment decision every time assistance is needed. Therefore, I utilize a value-based fee system through which the client and I agree on a total project cost based on the defined objectives and deliverables. Expenses are billed separately. 

The quality of my work is guaranteed. If I do not meet the project’s objectives within the timeframe and the fault is mine, I will refund all fees in full.

Through these terms I strive to become a trusted partner with my clients, focused on attaining the stated objectives.
